1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order and must include clear photographs of the issue along with valid proof of purchase. All return requests are subject to review and approval by Shirav Enterprise. Returns requested after the 7-day period or without the required documentation may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Customized, made-to-order, personalized, or specially manufactured embroidery products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they contain a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Trikutta. Minor variations in color, embroidery design, stitching, fabric texture, or finish are a natural part of the production process and shall not be considered defects. All claims regarding defective or incorrect customized products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photographs and proof of purchase, and are subject to review and approval by Shirav Enterprise.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Trikutta will review the claim and notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days
4. Exchange Policy
If a product is found to be defective or incorrect, customers may request a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability. Trikutta (Shirav Enterprise) reserves the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund when appropriate.
5. Shipping Costs and Contact Information
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Trikutta (Shirav Enterprise). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
